Somewhere within the hunt area, Seven Paces has hidden The Capital Cache. Finding it won’t be a matter of luck. A series of clues will lead hunters through puzzles, local landmarks, history, and the streets of Bismarck—each solution bringing them one step closer to the prize.

There’s only one cache.

And once the hunt begins, anyone could be the one who finds it.

Join The Capital Cache through the Seven Paces website and make sure you can sign in to your account before the hunt begins.

When the hunt launches, your first clue will become available on the Seven Paces website. Solve it and enter the correct answer to unlock the next clue. Continue working through the hunt until the trail leads you to the cache.

You are looking for a physical Seven Paces cache hidden somewhere within the defined hunt area.

It will be accessible without digging, damaging property, entering restricted areas, climbing dangerous structures, or doing anything that would reasonably put you or others at risk.

The clues will narrow the search until you know where to look.

When you find the cache, follow the instructions included with it to claim the prize.

The winner of The Capital Cache will receive $5,000 cash.

There is one prize and one winning cache. The first eligible hunter to locate the cache and successfully complete the claim instructions wins.

The hunt continues until the cache is found and the winner is confirmed.
